Suggested Use
Mix one scoop with eight ounces of cold water or your favorite beverage. Stir briskly until dissolved for a tasty chocolate shake. For a creamier shake, use a blender and add ice. You may also add your favorite fruit. Use 2 or 3 times daily. Best is used immediately following your workout.
